Thanks for your recent contact,
I have tested your inbox from here with a test mail and it arrived in a
matter of seconds. (now deleted again)
Having reread the bounce message from one of the mails that did not get
through
I see that it reports an error 452.
Error 452 appears to be being caused by the sender's machine trying to
transmit a virus.
New measures have been implemented at our servers to bounce mail that
could potentially contain a virus.
This would explain why the sender can transmit successfully to your
Hotmail address but not to your ntlworld address.

1) that their PC is uptodate with Windows update with ALL patches
applied
2) that they have current updated AV software and have "swept" their PC
3) that once swept that they look to use Webroot or Adaware trojan
removal tools off their PC to "pick up" anything that AV missed and to
repeat this every fortnight.
